Spring in New York City

Randy and I spent the day in New York City Saturday. In the morning he dropped me off at the Manhattan temple to do a session with my presidency and have lunch with the Matron and her presidency.

Randy enjoyed the time at the Metropolitan Museum of Art hanging out in the Asian and Impressionist sections. After he picked me up at 3 pm we visited The Cloisters on the northern tip of Manhattan.

We had a great Italian dinner in midtown and then saw "Sunday with George at the Park" on Broadway. Since that wasn't enough to wear us out and we are crazy!!! we rendezvoused at 11 pm with a business associate and his wife in NYC from out of town and visited over dessert. We delivered them to their hotel and drove home arriving at 2 am. I opened my eyes this morning at 8:10 to announce that we had to leave for church in 10 minutes. After the 3 hour block and choir practice we went to some friends home for Sunday dinner and home to NAP!

So which weekend was more exhausting...this one, or last weekend with so many kids/grandkids there?

Wait...maybe I don't want to know the answer to that.
