Very Thankful Days

We enjoyed a wonderful Thanksgiving week with Todd, Ashley, Toby, Ben, Chase, Nic, Meagan, and Mason. We are filled with gratitude for our multitude of blessings.
On Tuesday night after working at the temple, Randy and I spent the night in NYC with Todd's family. Wednesday Randy and Todd were off work. We visited the Central Park Zoo and ate at "The Shake Shack", then viewed the Macy Day Parade balloons being inflated just 2 blocks from their home.

The next day we walked to the end of their street to view the parade.

On Thanksgiving Day we drove out to Carmel where we were joined by Nic, Meagan and Mason. Friday we spent the day preparing our big Turkey Dinner.

Papa prepared a turkey from Stone Barns who was running pasture free on Monday and in our oven on Friday.

Saturday we all went to the Bronx Zoo and came home to cheese and chocolate fondue.

Thanksgiving is never a disappointment when it's at your home. Thanks for all the delicious meals! I would offer to host it one year, but we know how that would end up. Scary.
