Randy & I met Rhonda and Ron on the Big Island of Hawaii for fun &sun.

One day we explored the tropical Hilo side of the island.

We hiked across a lava bed to get up close and personal with a live volcano.

After dark the cloud was filled with flashes of red when the moulten rock reached the sea.

We visited the Temple grounds in Kona.

We took a beautiful hike to a stunning waterfalls.


There was danger everywhere but somehow we survived.

We visited an old restored Hawaiian village.



We loved every minute...And then.....we returned home to this!
