CrazY Weather

A week ago today we were grounded by a nasty blizzard that gave Randy a "Snow Day" and left us with about 8 inches of drifted snow and bitter cold (single digit) temperatures.

On Thursday Ashley and the boys came out for a visit and we had some fun in the sun sliding down the hill behind our home.

BUT...when Randy and I went to NYC on Saturday the temperature skyrocketed to 73 degrees. We spent the morning in Central Park with tens of thousands of others from the Upper West side of the city who were ecstatic about the sudden change of weather.

The warmer weather made this Mom giddy with hope that the long dreary winter could be coming to a close.

Ben ripped it up all over the park on his Razor.

Even Papa Randy got in on the action.

Toby raced past everyone on his bike.

Chase practiced his walking at the Central Park Carousal.

Warm enough for frozen treats!!!

Glad to spend a day with Dad.

I am so glad that when we move there it will be more like the second half of your post.

We were having spring flirty weather here in Utah last week, but alas the snow has returned. I love seeing pictures of all your adventures. P.S. thanks for the comment, it made me laugh just as hard as my student.

and thank you, Ann, for making me realize how ridiculously large those glasses are on me. I will be purchasing a new pair soon! We LOVED the 73 degrees and spending it with you.
