"Papa" is one of Scarlett's favorite words to say. She could hardly wait until he arrived and neither could Grammy. Putting on our make-up each morning is an important ritual for Scarlett and Grammy. This little girl is always dressed up and anxious to hit the streets of the city Fortunately the love fest between her and Lila goes on.
