On Saturday we drove up the Hudson River to the town of Hudson, an old river town full of antiques. I found the perfect gift for Lauren Parker's birthday (a nearly impossible feat) and we had lunch at a restaurant that Randy has researched named Mexican Radio. At last! The best! Mexican food in New York! And it gets better...there is one more location in Soho in the city. I can live here!

After lunch we visited Olano, a Persian style mansion built by Frank Church, the famous NY landscape artist turn of the century. It overlooks the Hudson and is surrounded by hundreds of acres of woods, a lake and wild flowers.
